I was born in San Diego, CA and raised in Tacoma, WA. I have always had a connection with nature and the outdoors. When I moved to the mountains I discovered a more consistent rhythm in outdoor adventure. These lands are the ancestral homelands of the Wenatchi tribe.
I am currently a mother of two kids on a mission to create a better more inclusive world for them. My family and I go hiking and camping while trying to spend at least 30 minutes outside each day. Lastly I use solo hiking and trail running to balance my personal mental health and wellness.
